CLIENT

Off Grid Electrical are Taupo’s preferred electricians and solar specialists, for both residential and commercial properties.

Their website and digital marketing weren’t bringing in the clients their offering could cater for, so they were in need of some charging up.

SOLUTION

Working with Off Grid Electrical to define their business goals for the next few years, including a larger focus on commercial electrical and solar power installations, we designed and developed a new custom website.

We also created Google Ads to drive traffic to the new site and showcase the high quality of service.

The new website was designed to be easy to navigate yet contain all the important information for a prospective client. This included:

  • Calculators to help choose the right heating or cooling systems according to home size
  • Solar power energy savings simulator and size recommendation
  • Products for converting to solar power
  • Finance calculators for both residential and commercial to switch to solar power

To drive the right kind of traffic to the new site, we created high impact Google Search ads. This involved careful keyword research to ensure the right mix of commercial and residential clients would see the services that applied to them.

The campaign sees an average click-through-rate of over 7%, and a conversion rate of 13% – both well above the industry standard.
