As Brand Managers for Penny Homes, we handle every detail of their creative from daily stationery requirements through to the production of their marketing material (brochures, signage, expo banners). Online, we also developed their website, manage their Facebook page and advertising, and Google Ads.

Over the years we’ve been involved in several of Penny Homes’ key projects, including their 20th anniversary brand refresh, 25th birthday celebration, various website developments, digital marketing strategies, and show home marketing.

WEBSITE DESIGN
Penny Homes has come a long way from when we first designed and coded their website back in 2013. With the rollout of the new brand, we completely overhauled the website and its functionalities.
RESPONSIVE WEB
Penny Homes list a range of set home designs, packages and lots on the website. To make these pages user-friendly and easy to manage, we created custom post types for ease of updating information and handouts. There are now showcase videos for their developments, such as the new Kokomea Park development.
DIGITAL MARKETING
Staying competitive online means Penny Homes need to keep up with their online marketing including social media and search engines.
As part of their digital marketing strategy, ninetyblack developed a range of search and display ads to increase their visibility online, as well as continuous Facebook page management and Facebook & Instagram ads.
BRANDING AND DESIGN
Penny Homes’ 20th birthday was the perfect time to refresh their brand, and ninetyblack came up with a logo design that would take them through the next 20 years.
We focused on modernisation and professional presentation of the existing style. The brand refresh was then rolled out to all new marketing collateral, including brochures.
DESIGNED TO INSPIRE BROCHURE
This brochure was created to inspire new home buyers with an elegant, engaging first impression.
Penny Homes’ house plans collection ranges from compact to open-plan to luxury homes, and to make a lasting first impression on buyers, they needed a brochure focused on captivating and informing.
So, we set out to craft a collection of their plans that matched the style and class of their branding, showcasing the set designs and various options in all their glory.
